Shipping & Returns Policy

All returns must be in person, with sales receipt within 14 days of sale, unopened and undamaged, except online sales can be sent back, postage paid for by purchaser, package unopened and undamaged.  No returns on RPG books, 3D prints, food, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Pokemon cards, airsoft grenades, smoke bombs, green gas, CO2 canisters or fully-operable airsoft guns.  This is a partial list of prohibited items.  We will give store credit for or replace a damaged airsoft gun if it was not operational when purchased, however, the airsoft gun should have been tested prior to the sale.  We will give full receipt value for the item in the original payment form or in store credit.
